These terms cover the Rewordly browser extension, the Rewordly Pro licence, and this website. Rewordly is made and operated by RadRebelDeveloper ("we", "us"). By installing the extension or buying a licence, you agree to them.
The extension
Rewordly is a browser extension that replaces text on web pages as you have instructed it to. It changes only what is displayed in your own browser. It does not alter any website, and it does not represent your replacements to anyone else.
You are responsible for the rules you write and for how you use what you read. Replacing words changes what you see, so do not rely on a page you have altered where accuracy matters - a contract, a medical instruction, a financial figure. You can switch Rewordly off at any time, and hovering a marked word shows you the original.
The Pro licence
Buying Rewordly Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features for your own use, on the devices you personally use. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it covers updates within the 1.x version series.
You may not:
- Share, resell or publish your licence key
- Redistribute the extension or a modified version of it as your own
- Work around the licence check, or help others do so
A key that is shared publicly or used in a way that clearly is not one person's own use may be deactivated.
Refunds
If Rewordly does not do what you wanted, email contact@radrebeldeveloper.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to explain why. A refunded licence stops working at the extension's next licence check.
Availability
Rewordly depends on browsers we do not control. A browser update can change or break how extensions work, and we may need to change or remove a feature in response. We will try to keep the extension working and to say so clearly when something changes, but we cannot promise that any particular feature will keep working forever.
Licence verification depends on Gumroad. If Gumroad is unavailable, your Pro features keep working - the extension trusts a previously valid licence for an extended period without a successful check, so an outage or a spell offline will not lock you out.
No warranty
Rewordly is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of Rewordly. Our total liability for any claim relating to Rewordly is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusions above, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be noted in the extension's release notes. Continuing to use Rewordly after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
