What Rewordly sends, where it goes, and what stays on your machine.
Where judgments go
Nowhere. Rewordly makes no network request to read or change a page. Everything it does happens in your browser, on your machine.
radrebeldeveloper operates no server for Rewordly and receives nothing.
What is sent
Nothing. Rewordly does no analysis off your machine, so there is no request to describe.
What is never sent
- Anything you type into a form field, and any password or payment detail
- Cookies, session tokens or authentication state
- Your browsing history. Rewordly never reads the list of sites you have visited; it only reads the page in front of you
- Your name, email address or any account identifier
What is stored, on your machine only
- Your modes and replacement rules
- Your per-site settings and whether Rewordly is switched on
- Your licence key, after you activate it
All of it lives in chrome.storage.local on this device. Clearing it is a button in the options page, and uninstalling the extension removes everything.
What is not done
- Nothing is sold or transferred to third parties
- Nothing is used for advertising
- Nothing is used to train any model
- There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, and no crash reporter
Licence checks
When you activate a licence, the key you paste is sent to Gumroad to be verified, and the result is stored locally. That is the only other network request Rewordly makes. It is re-checked about once a month, and a licence keeps working for 90 days without a successful check, so an outage or a flight does not cost you what you paid for.
Children
Rewordly is not directed at children under 13. radrebeldeveloper collects no information from anyone.
Changes
Changes to this policy are posted on this page, and the date below changes with them.
